The Kyabram Club has installed an ingenious system of flexible walls that enables us to maximise our floor space and provide individual, private meeting rooms that are secluded and personal with sound proof folding walls.

What We Offer

The Club has the capability to provide a room specifically for that smaller meeting or discussion up to a private room with seating and dining for up to 150 guests. Ultimately our entire dining area is available for private use and is capable of holding 250 people, all with dining seating.

Our Functions Coordinator, is skilled and experienced in assisting with the coordination of your conference or celebration. We have the knowledge and expertise to ensure your function flows exactly how you wish and can provide a quotation!

We cater for many events

Birthdays (of all ages), Weddings, Christenings, Anniversaries, Wakes, Engagements, Corporate Functions/Business Meetings, Sportstar Awards Night, Charity Events and Fundraisers, Reunions, and many more!!!

We have 2 Functions rooms available with state-of-the-art technology and sound systems in each; with Function 1 being a bigger room suitable for larger events and our 2nd room being
for smaller meetings. If you are planning on a bigger event, Function rooms 1 and 2 can be joined creating a more spacious function room!

Delicious Catering

We offer many choices, ranging from 3 course meals to Food Platters, or even ordering off our Menu and ever-changing Specials Board. We also have available, Free Tea/Coffee Stations if needed.
